If you refer to previous judgements, objections to the admissibility of evidence were upheld. This new judgment also reads that objections to newer evidence admissibility have been upheld. Unless their is some cracking piece of evidence we aren't aware of (I assume there isn't otherwise we would have settled) then this appears to be continuing to go in favour of NSL. Obviously you all know I'm not a lawyer and that's just my opinion.
