I was led to believe via the SDL website that the IP included a vast summary of geology reports as well as 1st stage / preliminary earth works and some infrastructures. The rail link / corridor was also designed and approved. Surely there's some value based on achievements and expenses laid out already? Also some value based on share holder commitment, the over all effort and intentions? None of us were investing in this for sh*ts and giggles, anywhere else in the world this would gain traction and justice would be served.
