Geez, its a wonder anyone makes a profit judging by the inpatients shown here. We aren't talking about building and estimating the costs associated with a corner coffee shop. This is a 20+ year mine-life operation and it takes time to evaluate and justify their BFS. Do it right once and you have little to no problems raising interest or money to fund it. Get it wrong and you leave any predator with the upper hand. Relax, its coming and its going to be a ball tearer.
