Notwithstanding this and like you I chose not to post support documents after receiving dumb and snide remarks similar to your experience, hey figured they can do their own homework. I will post whenever something relevant pops up.
Re this weeks court matter in SI, followed the contact from whatsnext and called 22062 and after numerous failed attempts and cut offs got through and was given the following overview from the last three days proceedings. The matter has been dealt with for now. It is very difficult to understand these people and was made worse by terrible phone connectionsis .
The judge said the matter is to be heard at a date to be advised but no sooner than mid next year in 2012. Said AVQ opposed this decision of the judge but told no chance of earlier date, court very busy.
Said there is another "party" to be admitted to the case! Not sure what this means but was told this is a very interesting.
No claimant or defendant opposed this new party except Axiom!
On Oct 8th 2011 a chapter 15 will be heard by judge! No idea what this means or is.
On Tuesday Dec 6th 2011 the new party application will be heard. Have to wait and see what this means.
The judge will set the SMM v AVQ matter to be heard for mid 2012 session.
The judge offered the following remarks somewhere during the proceedings, in relation to the mining issues he said something like "somethings rotten in Denmark"!
In relation to lands issues raised by SMM in their staement of case against AVQ he said something like " somethings not right in the state of Denmark"!
These remarks would infer that the judge might suspect corruption has occurred in the processes over there but by whom the judge never implied.
The judge has obviously read and appreciates Shakespeare.
He also said in respect of the lands title issues raised by SMM in their statement of case against AVQ something like " the lands dept has some serious issues raised, and which the commissioner of lands will need to answer". Caution needs to exercised considering the lands commissioner was sacked very recently after the nat govt's investigations into the issue of the prospecting licence and letter of intent , as well as the land registration, survey and lease issued to Axiom KB under what the Prime ministers office described as "the highly suspicious circumstances surrounding this" so one has to ponder if the judges comments relate to Axiom or SMM and their letter of intent awarded during the tender process?
