A very important fact from this weeks SI case and high court decision, the injuctive conditions previously imposed on Axiom have been imposed again or however it is described which means Axiom will not be able to undertake any work whatsoever until the matter is finalised towards end of 2012 or even 2013 if SMM drags this out or in the event of a loss mounts an appeal then even later.
Worse AVQ has number of drill rigs and other plant and equipment and camp buildings now sitting idle in the SI.
People AVQ is an junior explorer not a miner and any shareholder who can condone such action does so at the peril of their own investment IMO.
