Agreed, 7 years is a bit over the top lol, look at it this way, axiom where'nt ready the first court date, im sure sumitomo returned ball by adjourning this one as i have seen many times in case before, im guessing it should be resolved the 3rd or 4th, possibly a few more, dont forget sumitomo has also taken the government to court :-P and a few others if i recall, don't think 7 years but at absolute worst "fingers crossed" 1 to 2 years max. If the government are as broke as they claim taking our huge HAND OUTS, from our pockets, they would be smart to push for a quick resolution.....
