As such I beleive this to be an average grade of thermal coal. This is also situated in a great position if Xstra gets aproaval as inferstructure in the region will improve. The McKenzie lease near Blackwater is suitable for Longwall mining and is excellent quality coking coal. This is also situated in a established mining area. What something is physicaly worth and perceived worth are to different things. Perhaps people are unaware that cougar owns around 120 million dollers worth of coal deposits, or perhaps people providing false information such as yourself have scared people away. Either way Cougar will have a bright future with or without you!
