I didn't see Cougar on yesterdays or today's Court List. So if there is anyone with a connection or conduit to Cougar, perhaps an update may be possible.
Unfortunately there was nothing I could see in the quarterly that mentioned the matter. Pity, I thought they were trying to build investor confidence.
