IMO two things from a positive outcome of the Court case are quite relevant to Cougar moving forward sooner rather than later.

I consider that cleansing Cougar publicly of the allegations and importantly a monetary compensation. Such being would then enable CXY to utilize those monies for their projects without resorting to a CR.

Granted such processes do take time, they have already taken considerable time. What I was hoping for was either a hearing date or an indication that the Arbitration process was continuing.

For my money I do not consider the Court Action as simply a 'bonus' to CXY, I consider it's completion and 'results' as an impact on my investment in either the negative or positive.

In the mean time I am happy that CXY is doing something for possible value add in a maiden JORC. Along with when the Surat Basin Rail Ammendments Bill 2012 is passed. To me that's also possible infrastructural value add of assets in that area at no cost to CXY.
