Yes according to the info I received, it's so CXY can file a reply (to the defense) with the Court. Such being we may well see a further adjournment. We will have to wait and see what further directions the Judge makes.
On the upside, we are getting further down the line to a conclusion.
If I was in Brisbane I'd go sit at the back of the Court, unfortunately I'm not.
My expectations at this point is that we may see a conclusion to both matters this year. Possibly sooner than later, however that is speculative at the moment. It's hard to judge with so little information. I do think we are getting down to the nitty gritty end of the processes, that's why I jumped in recently.
That most over used phrase in HC "Time will tell" unfortunately still applies.
