A couple of weeks ago I was informed that the Planning and Environment District Court matter was adjourned to today. After not seeing it on the list I contacted the Court. The matter has officially been adjourned to the 13 June 2013.
Why? I can think of a couple of reasons, but they would be assumptions, one that CXY filed their response and the time is to give the Judge and/or defense time to review it. Or CXY needed more time before filing for whatever reason. But we know what happens when one starts making assumptions so I will leave it at - I have no idea without more info.
I will wait until after the Supreme Court date (28 May 2013) and shoot off an email inquiry after that in case there is more than one question I want to ask. I don't want to become too much of a pain in the arse with constant emails to the poor bloke at CXY that fields these questions. Besides, 3 weeks is not long at all.
