If you read the announcements you will see that it is an 8 week trial at maximum from 5th of August. That will mean 1st of October or thereabouts announcement, that is of course if SMM don't give up half way through if they think they are going to lose.

It must be said however, that this is still a punt, but if we win then who knows where the price will settle.

Finally,to all those who are very negative on this stock please remember the old truism that most people give up on the verge of success.
