Yesterdays volume of 40.6 million was the highest since 13th of November last year. That was just 3 weeks after last years trial and right in the middle of Drake's buying spree.
AVQ has risen 64% so far this week. The rise this time looks very similar to what happened last year. There were no speeding tickets then.
Last years run went from 1.0c to 3.2c - 3.8c with 3.2c being the average in the last few days. In the days before the trial the maximum retrace was 0.4c.
The big question is how much different will it be this time?
Some of the differences are,
- No one knew last year about Drake buying a 20% stake. - Most expect that the trial outcome this time will be final - Long term holders are doubting that this will be the final outcome - This year there has been almost no news from the other AVQ projects - This year the financial year has just started
No one can predict what will happen this time. IMO the positives and negatives are about even.
Time will tell.
