This is an odd one, since I don't recall GCN alerting ASX to this legal action against it.

However ASIC certainly records Gadens Lawyers as the plaintiff in the action against GCN.

you will see in the righthand column the heading Analyst Spreadsheet. Click Quick View (PDF) and a document can be opened that explicitly says Gadens Lawyers are GCN's lawyers.

I wonder how this potentially serious legal action stayed under the radar for so long? All the info is in the public domain, so there was no reason for it to have been deleted.
