I have seen some dumb posts on this site, but that one is going straight to the pool room.

Also on the subject of dumb posts, Khaliqs were you at the hearing today? as there has been no prior mention of it, but you heard the Judge passed comment that "the claim is weak"or was it a case of hopeful Chinese Whispers passed on to you?

I passed that comment by my Mrs tonight who is a litigator with the largest law firm in Perth and she said that Justice Martin would never make such a statement and she would be dumbfounded if he did!!
It is a case of put up or shut up I think to get back to a level of normalcy,
show evidence to support your statement or withdraw it as we can all just keep spreading BS! and what a waste of time this forum will become if it has not already.
