Probably coz there is no new information. If the case had been thrown out, that would be news to announce. But, don't know how they would justify a TH for the outcome of this hearing which is really a non-event. We know there are emails so the case was always likely to proceed. The validity of these and whether they constitute a contract needs to be assessed. Today wasn't really ever going to flesh that out from what I understand.
