KDR have a track record of getting stuff wrong. Have a look at the case between KDR and KBL. KDR tried to claim that KBL had defaulted on a 12.6 million loan which was proven not to be true. It was however the beginning of the end for KBL holders. I don't know if the same people are involved with KDR now but if they are DYOR.

This post was about the outcome. KDR used another entity to try and get KBL's assets for nothing.
I will add here KBL are now in administration, I wont blame that entirely on KDR though. DB
