not been keeping that much abreast of developments ( or lack thereof) but interesting that

1) BG was bought and now has no one to run it's ore
2) somebody appears from nowhere looking at a class action at the same time as BG are chasing through the courts
3) what happened to SPM -I can't be bothered looking
4) I like the final comment in the above courier mail article from Ralph. There appears to be history
