Useless bunch of lazy bureaucrats put in place as a lousy government's excuse that doing "something" is better than doing "nothing" will not do when that "something" is actually far worst than "nothing", since it gives crooks a free or almost-free out-of-jail ticket by blocking even a chance of any alternative legal actions.

BTW: does anyone know if financial transactions, including the withdrawals of funds from the Company's accounts at the time when the faith of the Company was already known to the management yet not disclosed to the market, were ever scrutinized?
