I haven’t seen any details, but until we get more definitive reporting it is really hard to understand what really happened. The only facts I have seen is just the judgement and rather dry and doesn’t detail all the facts. Hopefully that comes out in the news tomorrow, or soon.
This is a rather big judgement, and I imagine the claimant will also claim costs, and we know lawyers aren’t cheap. If Tne want to defend vigorously then it will be a very high profile case. It may not be good for their public relations, but if justice hasn’t been served they should defend.
