I note in the quarterly it mentioned "Judgment is expected in February 2020" so it would not immediately seem like they are trying to talk to L&M... exactly 3 weeks from today until the end of Feb so certainly can't be long now till something is announced... half year also will be announced in that time frame as well which (last year NPAT was $25.4m, off the back of EBITDA of $54m... given EBITDA of $37m, it will be interesting to see where NPAT is sitting... $20m+ would be a solid result I would think)
Might want to take a look at Bathurst's website by the way, looks like it was updated recently and looks pretty good
