well next week is the week folks... not just the week for half year earnings, but the week for the court case result... it is interesting to see BRL's share price jumping around a bit more the past few months, and its not due to its underlying business it would seem (with coal prices stabilizing, rebounding if anything), purely taking sides for the court case.
What ever happens, it would sure be good just to get this 3.25 year fiasco (largely based around the undefined definition of 1 word) covered off and behind us.
