Feel sorry for anyone who's duped into buying this trash today. Will fall back nicely on court decision, their argument is preposterous, not much chance of holding up except maybe if the judge/jury was toddlers. On the off chance L&M, after so many years, decide to negotiate (unlikely), it won't be a pretty deal for Bathurst. These board of directors are scam artists, nothing more.
