Apparently our court costs were closer to 10 mil and yet we filed for 6.5 mil and now we will be awarded 4.8 mil if we win appeal WTF that's half of our court costs??? I think people are right what they are saying about getting damages out smm its gonna be like getting blood out of a stone.
It does seem that 5 mil is just a loan till we get court costs and by then we need more money again that's why SP hasn't moved. Also how hard can it be to set appeal date? Judicial system SUX! It's only been the biggest court case in SI history which was supposed to be expedited. It's got another delay written all over it.
