guarantee to pay if you can prove them with invoices or facts.
Speculating that AVQ would have produced ore by a certain date will not cut it.
If they were producing and then had to halt production due to court case then it would be an easy exercise.
But in this case AVQ have no chance of getting any damages since it's all just speculation.
