I see costs orders were handed down yesterday by the Federal Court. It looks likeDomacom will pay 40% of the ATO's costs on the main action and will receive 40% of their costs on the other matter that was not heard and dismissed. I am guessing the outcome will result in a release to the market about the costs and impact of the quantum visa-vie their current cash position.
