I am a rank amateur at this caper so if this is a dumb question I apologise.
If AVQ are awarded and actually get paid substantial damages would it prudent for AVQ to buy back some of the shares issued under previous CR's so there are not as many shares in issue therefore making AVQ more attractive to investors.
