Yes 23 to 25 April hearing dates was my understanding.
Whether there has been a decision released, or the decision is reserved (i.e. to be announced in time), one would like to know either way, and one would think from a Shareholder point of view, that is worth an announcement from ATV.
Maybe the ATV people went to Canada for the hearing and are out of contact....hopefully after the decision they will be happy to come back.
