I'm finding this scenario increasingly funny over time. MIN are trying everything to circumvent the process and are getting railroaded at each point along the way. The icing on the cake would be to reinstate the original 45 day ROFR period and just wait for the brain implosion
It would be interesting to see what eventuated in our hearing yesterday, but if MIN have not finalised the GAMW acquisition yet then it might be more of the same.
