Lol , yes MIN sure look like they getting the agitator rod rammed firmly up their own butts now, with Atlas now requesting to see the full details of the agreement between Mineral Resources and GAM and no doubt burning time.
Anyone heard of of what the outcome in court was today? It could be any entity, but it sure would benefit MIN to hard rein the share price where it currently sits or below and wrap a 3% placement at 50c ,( which would match GLs placement ) whilst also accumulating in the holding process. 30m 'short' and potentially another 30m through a 3% placement at around the 50c vwap - aka - potentially over 5% of the company should they match GLs terms, before things start to get hostile.
PLS was to reset the ROFR timer, but with the GAMW deal not yet finalized and now dragging out, what weight does MINs ROFR actually hold? DFS fast approaching and the MIN GAMW deal being held up...will it be a case of too little too late for MIN?
How could a judge reset the timer for MIN when they actually have no ownership ? All speculation of course.
