As far as I am aware the court case against directors by is still proceeding. Unsure of the next phase.

Re the company. As there is value in the shell I have been told there are parties interested in purchasing the shell with the aim to recapitalise and relist. However I understand that this will not occur until after the court case. Shareholders will need to approve any sale.

In summary its a work in progress situation.

Re Class Action... someone will need to investigate and initiate. Maybe after Court Case conclusion?
