For those that are interested, it appears court dates relating to KDL/WFE directors (Alex Alexander and Rod Sainty) and former director (Noel Halgreen) are due to start tomorrow and next week.
Alex Alexander looks due for an appearance tomorrow 2/2/2017 at the NSW supreme court on alleged charges of misleading the market.

Noel Halgreen, Rod Sainty and Alex Alexander are also listed in documents for next Monday 6/2/2017 in a case brought forward by the liquidators of KDC (Jirsch Sutherland) in relation to allegations the subsidiary that controlled Ellendale, the Kimberley Diamond Company, was insolvent for at least five months before administrators were appointed in mid-2015.

Not looking to ruffle any feathers here, just pointing this out as I expect there will be a bit of coverage in various news agencies in relation to these proceedings as there has been since the initial collapse of KDC a subsidiary of KDL.
These proceeding are likely to have a material affect on WFE as two of its current directors are listed, so though it worthwhile to post as some of you may want to keep updated on the proceedings.
