And why aren't you, as a conscientious CHM share holder, ringing your board to find out who it is, how much of your shareholder's rights and equity is being handed over to them, and what you'll be left at the end ? Because I'm safely assuming they'll get paid long before you do !!!

You've got your money invested there and you should be asking those questions rather than trying to convince MMX shareholders of the merits of your case.
