it's the announcement dated 30.11.2007 titled 'placement', I think.

God bless you phil, I just had a look through all the choice CHM announcements since November last year, and I haven't laughed so hard for a long time !!!

My all time favorite: Director resignation of Mr Koh 30.4.2008

It goes on about how the good Mr Koh brought the company out of liquidation, (like phoenix from the ashes). But curiously it fails to mention that he bought it for a song, while the former CHM shareholders got sweet nothing. ASIC's head was spinning for months from the subsequent complaints they received from dudded shareholders but surprise surprise no one got a penny...

The best part is "Mr Koh retires with the good wishes of his fellow directors to pursue and develop other commercial opportunities that he is involved in" Think about it...

I guess there will not be a Celine Dion theme song for this story line, because this captain is not going down with his ship (rather his hot air filled leaking inflatable dinghy)

Oh the humanity....
