court decision next week, page-2

being sold down today which is not a good sign although it has not actually been dumped.....

i am looking at entering before decision on tuesday cause if they win upside could be plenty...

i don't expect last quarter results announced before hand which should be good as well....

my gut feeling is they will win it!
