I have the links set-up permanently in my "favs" b/c the number of times we have gone to court sadly:(
IMHO (not necessarily fact), I believe that all avenues NEED to be exhausted in order for JRs to commence. Otherwise, similar to the time SMSL took their 1st case to court, they will be referred back to lower courts, as they were to the Minister of MOSTI. ie due process must be served and followed.
I agree certainly hope Bernchin is on the ground guys:)
V quiet indeed, and a reckon they know they have no grounds b/c there is nothing new that they can add to sway a Judge in their favour.
