Lynas is in the rare earths business, not the business of lining the pockets of lawyers... how do you propose to sue a lunatic bunch of protesters? Clearly the court actions have been financially backed but the action group itself is no doubt a shell.... bit of a hollow victory in the end... I'd say that once all the legal barriers are finally put to bed, Lynas will withdraw from any legal action unless they reckon it would make a nice little earner or provide local assurance and support the plant is safe.
