    Knew I had it here somewhere - this is the appeal consent form. On page 2you can see where AVQ must give 30 days notice of intention of applying for a mining licences but this notice cannot be given before the 15th October 2015.. again.. oct 15th 2015 - seems a lot is happening on that date.
