The real winners here apart from LM are Talley’s who collect there 35% profits while shareholders suffer Losses to there holdings . Moving forward they found themselves a cash cow in SE which unfortunately SH wouldn’t be able to participate in (yes we know why) wink wink but the past was left behind & should have been dealt with a common sense approach to legally binding contracts. I personally believe in (hindsight ) maybe they should have offered L&M a sweetener in negotiations for SE to keep all parties happy oh shareholders as well & maybe this court case may not have happened.
