........Yesterday was yesterday. The people of Bougainville will not mind if the right decision is made in the democratic process guaranteed by the political administration.
I can well imagine that the decision on who will be allowed to reopen the mine will be in favor of BCL. It is absolutely useless if some people who have no authority whatsoever constantly spread opinions (not hard facts!) that only create unrest and doubts.
