Just a quick one as I read up on this the other week - judicial review has two steps, the 'leave' and then the actual review. We passed the 'leave' (essentially showing we have some merit), and then we had a preliminary hearing the 3rd (? I think AL mentioned this in the call) we we provide substantiative matters to the court.
The actual ruling appears (historically) to take time though - browsing I've seen cases taking a year+, others are quicker. Some site mentioned average 6 months.
I don't know if LYC is being fast tracked (if there even is such a thing) or not given the relative urgency of the matter..
