Sundance certainly is busy with court cases in WA and for Africa and the board does say they are happy for a mediation just so they can get going and maybe no hard feeling per see. All that matters is getting this mine going and its a win for everyone then and its baffling for common sense why it all feel through although the Chinese connected deal i can understand and never liked and well..

With any luck, the courts will try to get this thing moving with all parties happy than just suing and bankrupting the little corrupt money they have in those govts as how would tat help the mine moving forward? If something has gone wrong and permits pulled, lets hope it can all be repaired and Exports and jobs and ports and taxes and a world class mine can be had and take Africa up a notch, this can only be good at the end of the day and no negatives?
As SH's, we can sit back and let others do the hard work in getting this mess straightened out and attract more investors when the air is cleared and boots are back on the ground in a hive of activity there...
