I saw those news articles and it very common for any business man of half a century experiences I would guess gbb has to have all sort of legal issues in all his business dealing. Even BHP & RIO have problems and what were the final court judgement with all the cases you raised?
I also saw an article where gbb took a lawsuit against GGG for funding the other side against him. Was this where GGG got on the wrong side with gbb?
In the end, gbb is an REE expert in Greenland, it seems very silly to get on the wrong side of him and it obvious it was not a wise move by GGG as share price collapsed
