i wasn't there, but if oral arguments and any witness testimony is all finished, there maybe a further period of a few days for the parties to provide further submissions in writing - after that it will just be a waiting game for the decision of the judge to be returned - that can takes weeks or months sometimes, but the factual matrix in this matter appears to be pretty confined, so we could expect to see a decision returned quite quickly, especially if Counsel for APG made it known to the Court that APG is in need of the sale funds to complete a long overdue project that is dependent on those funds...
