Dear Shareholder
A big day ahead. Although ASIC have not received the second IER we have the Federal Court hearing today with Nexus Battle media representative Sean Wilson in attendance taking notes. These notes will be in the public domain and will be uploaded to the web site / sent out after the hearing. We are sure that there are other, larger, parties opposing this process apart from us and we will update everyone after today on their contribution.
We are hoping to air further newspaper and television media stories after the event today or in the week following, obviously depending upon how it plays out. Please note our team has been working with the nominated authorities to try and highlight what can only be considered an unprecedented event in Australian corporate history and our aim and purpose has never wavered in seeking a better outcome for ALL shareholders.
Short notice but the hearing is being held at 10am, Supreme Court, 184 Philip Street, Sydney. If any of you are able it would be good to get a following there to highlight our commitment. Nexus Battle Team
