This ones not axiom media and the landowners are happy with the court injunction even though some downrampers try to claim otherwise..

BUNGUSULE LANDOWNER TRUSTEES WELCOME CLAC DECISION ON SAN JORGEBungusule Landowner Trustees on San Jorge in Isabel Province have welcomed the Customary Local Appeal Court’s Timber Rights Hearing judgement recognising their rightful ownership of Tenement G7.Tenement G7 covers Tanaguta to Kothoveke on the northern side of San Jorge to Tajirighi to Magna on the southern side and is part and parcel of Axiom Mining Limited’s Mining Lease site.Spokesperson for Bungusule Landowner Trustees Janet Voda said the decision should send a clear and strong message to the defendant in the CLAC Timber Rights Hearing on G7 Mr Lawrence Maena, who is an associate of Bintan Mining Company, that their claim of ownership over this portion of land is null and void and that they must immediately stop from illegally entering it.Mrs Voda said Mr Maena wanted Tenement G7 to be included under Bintan Mining Company’s mineral Prospecting License tenements and has been misleading others including the Chinese company that the CLAC Timber Rights Hearing judgement is in favour of him and not the Bungusule Landowner Trustees. She said in direct response to Mr Maena’s spread of misinformation, Bungusule Landowner Trustees issued a ‘Stop Notice’ to Bintan’s Managing Director last Wednesday warning Bintan and its associates to immediately stop trespassing into Tenement G7 for mineral prospecting purposes and all other activities to do with this controversial mining company.Mrs Voda said unless Bintan and its associates immediately abide by the CLAC Timber Rights judgement and the Stop Notice and respect the wishes of the rightful owners of G7, Bungusule Landowner Trustees will immediately seek action from the relevant authourities. “We are sick of the disrespect shown by Bintan and why the government through the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification keeps entertaining this bad behavior is unacceptable. We don’t want bauxite and oil spills in bauxite.“This is a company with no moral values. Its activities are opportunistic and illegal and do not reflect the manner in which we should be doing business,” Mrs Voda said“Their lack of concern for the environment and damage already done to the clean and beautiful waters of Rennell’s Kangava Bay speak volumes. The health risks to the Rennellese are very real and may extend into the next generation. “It has to stop. They work for short term gain, ignoring our laws and we, the citizens and companies working within the laws of our country face long-term harm. It seems the government has lost control of the mining industry and this is very sad,” the Bungusule Landowner Trustees spokesperson added.Ends///SOURCE: PRESS STATEMENT
