    That’s your opinion and my opinion is and supported by facts is that Bradley Tovosia acted outside of his rights to grant licences illegally. If AVQ was granted the PL and if he hadn’t acted illegally as the courts have determined, AVQ would be in a very different position today. This is not the fault of RM or AVQ.
