I'm just going back through the announcements.
There is a prospectus to raise$1,000?
If the company successfully completes the raising to 'sophisticated investors' to raise $300,000 but their estimated cash outflows is $360k (so total cash would be the current $110k plus $300k) - the company is going to be out of cash within 3 months....
Am I missing something here?
