There is absolutely no dispute about the legitimacy of the performance shares.
1. The conditions of granting of the performance shares was disclosed in the prospectus released before ISX was listed, and approved by the ASX.
2. There is no dispute about the conditions of the performance rights (revenue) being satisfied.
Thus there is no questions about the legitimacy of the performance rights.
You should again “fall on your sword” and remove your false and misleading post.
