TY, you are too kind. I was replying to a post bemoaning the fact that banks wouldn't lend money to ISX. The only reason a bank has for not lending money is that it sees little prospect of getting it back.
So my reply was actually on point. Sorry if it injected a crude dose of reality into your world.
A lazy fiver says JK won't stump up the $2.7M. The ASX announcement will be to the effect that the company has already moved on to alternative listing arrangements and see little point in participating in prolonged legal action... need to refocus... future lies elsewhere... this is why Australia struggles to create innovative companies... blah blah blah
